REFURBISHMENT INFORMATION

Front Exterior

The exterior was treated to remove the existing render and bring the original brickwork back to life. The brickwork was all re-pointed.

The Upvc windows were replaced with timber sash made by a local firm and the lead roof above the bay window was replaced.

A complete new wall was built, bespoke railings fitted and bay trees planted to create a soft privacy screen.

The front was paved with Fired Earth tiles as was the recessed doorway, a new entrance door fitted together with exterior lights.

All paintwork Farrow & Ball.

Interior

Pine panelling, false ceilings and polystyrene tiles were removed

Ceilings were replaced in the living room, hallway, landing and master bedroom which all benefited from new wiring and re-plastering.

The existing stained glass sash window on the landing was repaired.
