The earlier narrow pathway and untidy flower beds have been replaced with a clean sweep of crunchy shingle. On its own, shingle might look sparse, so the owner has installed smart flower box to add both colour and structure. Painted in cool grey, the simple boxes match the garden gate and doorway. It's a straightforward palette that ties the whole look together and gives a super contrast to the yellow London brick.
We love the look. It reflects the quality of the refurbishment within and updates the character of this purpose built apartment.
